Substation Entry Log

Substation Entry Log Feature provides the capability to track the list of people entering and exiting the substation. Feature shows only the list of people who has valid substation entry log training to enter the substation. Feature also provides a quick info of the various substations.

Substation Entry Log - Today

Section display the list of people who has entered or exited the substation on current date and also display the list of users who are in checked in status. If there are more than 50 entries, "Show All" button will be displayed to retrieve the full list of entries.

Substation Entry Log - Search

Section allows users to search for historical records. Date Range is mandatory and the results for the date range can be filtered further by Employee Name or Substation. If there are more than 50 entries, "Show All" button will be displayed to retrieve the full list of entries. Clear Fields button will clear the search criteria entered.

Add Entry

After entering the required fields (Employee Name, Substation Name), user can click on "Add Entry" to create a substation entry. Any additional visitors details can be entered in the 'Visitors' text box.

Edit Icon

Clicking on the "Edit Icon" will redirect you to a edit the substation log entry. Edit Icon is displayed only for the creator of the log entry.

Employee Quick View

Clicking on the employee name will display a popup with some information about the employee. Clicking on 'More Details' button will display additional information (Contact Info, Authorization Status) of the employee.

Substation Quick View

Clicking on the substation name will display a popup with some basic information about the substation.

Filters and Search

Results displayed on the list page can be filtered by Substation Name or Employee Name.

Grid Ops Home

Clicking on this link will open the grid ops web page on a different browser tab

Substation List

Clicking the "Substation List" button will redirect you to the Substation List screen.

List of Substation

Page displays the list of substations with some basic attributes of the substation.

Edit Substation

Clicking on the "Edit Icon" will redirect user to an edit substation page. Only some of the substation attributes will be editable in this page.

Download Icon

Clicking on the download button will download the substation entry log data for "Today" in an excel format.
