Real Time Log
Real Time Log Feature is used by the TSO/OSS operators to log the activities and communications from the field.
Real Time Log - Today
Section display the list of log entries made in the last 24 hours. If there are more than 50 entries, "Show All" button will be displayed to retrieve the full list of entries.
Edit Icon
Clicking on the "Edit Icon" will redirect you to a edit the Real Time log entry. Edit Icon is displayed only for the creator of the log (Except for Forced Outage) and only for 7 days after the log has been created.
Filters and Search
Results displayed on the list page can be filtered by My Entires, OSS Entries, TSO Entries, BPOR, Line/Station, Category. User can also enter a text to filter the results.
Add Entry
After entering the required fields (User Type, Log Entry Text), user can click on "Add Entry" to create a Real Time Log entry. Optionally users can enter the details of the facility the log refers to. When a substation is selected, user need to select all the required fields to identify the facility impacted. Selecting the BPOR checkbox will tag the entry for BPOR Reporting.
Add Entry - Forced Outage
Log enrty can be entered under Forced Outage criteria and this will need some additional required fields like the start and end time of the outage, substation impacted by the outage.
Users other than creators can also edit this log and add Additional Logs. But the Additional log can be modified by the creator only
TSO/OSS Employee List
This section will be used to manage the TSO/OSS employees
List of TSO/OSS Employees
Clicking the "TSO/OSS Employee List" button will redirect you to a list page of all the TSO/OSS employees and their basic info.
Manage Employees
Clicking on the ellipses next to an employee will display 'Edit' and 'Delete' Options Edit - Can be used to change the role of an employee
Delete - Can be used to remove an employee from the TSO/OSS List. Clicking on the delete button will open a delete confirmation page. One clicking the 'Confirm' button, the employee will be removed from the TSO/OSS List.
Add Employee
Clicking on the 'Add Employee' button will open a modal to select the employee to be added to the TSO/OSS list. User can enter the Name or ID of the employee in 'Name' field to search for the employee. Role/title is a drop down field to select the role as a TSO or OSS operator.
Download Icon
Clicking on the download icon will download the list of TSO/OSS employees in an Excel format.
Sick List
This section is used to track the TSO/OSS employees shift availability.
Sick Employee List
Section display the list of TSO/OSS employees who are out sick.
Manage Sick List
Clicking on the ellipses next to an employee will display 'Edit' and 'Delete' Options Edit - Can be used to change the sick reason.
Delete - Can be used to remove the sick entry. One clicking the 'Confirm' button, the employee will be removed from the TSO/OSS List.
Download Icon
Clicking on the download button will download the substation entry log data for "Today" in an excel format.
Real Time Log - All
Section allows users to search for historical records. By default 50 records matching the search criteria are displayed on the screen. If there are more than 50 entries, "Show All" button will be displayed to retrieve the full list of entries. Clear Fields button will clear the search criteria entered.
Filters
Date Range is mandatory and the results for the date range can be filtered further by Employee Name, MyEntries, TSO, OSS Entries. Users can also enter a text to refine the results.
