    Auth List

    Auth List

    The Auth List module is designed to keep a record of all authorized members and information like trainings, firms, contractors and more. You can search for members using the search and filter tools. There is a blue button at the top right of the module to add a member. Clicking the Add Authorized Member will open a prompt where information like employee name, authorization type, and training dates are to be filled out.

    Authorized Members - Filter

    The Authorized Members section offers search and filter tools that are found at the top of the module. The Employee Name/ID, Manager ID, and Cost Center works as a search engine where you can start typing a name or ID and the system will start populating the closest results. The Firm Name and Training type offer a dropdown menu. Clicking Search will populate a list at the bottom of the filter tools with the closest match. Click Clear Fields to clear all filters and clear the list.

    Authorized Members - Download

    The Authorized Members section offers a Download button that is found at the top right of the list. Clicking the button will download an Excel spreadsheet of all the authorized members records that are found.

    After the filters and search engines have been used, and a list is provided, there is a down arrow found on the right of the records. Clicking the down arrow will provide some information about the employee. Clicking the More Details link will open a prompt with more information regarding the employee and corresponding trainings. In this section, you can edit or add trainings using the links Modify or Add. Also, there is a blue Add Training button found at the top right of the screen. Clicking the button will offer similar options to add to the employee’s record like training or field switching. There is other two tabs called Trainings and Suspension History. Opening these tabs offer records of previous trainings that can be edited, deleted, and downloaded.

    Expiring Trainings

    The Auth List module offers a record of the expiring trainings for the employees. A list can be provided by going to the top left of the section and using the dropdown arrow to pick a date. The list will populate of all the trainings hat will be expiring by the date. The list provides names, training dates, and contact information. At the top right of the list is the Download icon for the ability to download the list into an Excel spreadsheet report.

    After a list has populated, clicking the employee’s name will open the employee training details. In this section, you can see the current authorization status of all trainings. Details like training date, expiring date, and trainers are available. The links to Modify, Add, and Suspend are also available. There is a blue Add Training button at the top right of the screen for quick access to add a training. The other tabs available are Trainings and Suspension History. These tabs offer lists of the employee’s training history. Both tabs allow for a download option of the lists using the Download icon on the top of the list. This will download and Excel spreadsheet report to your device.

    Firms

    The Auth List holds a section called Firms which is a place to hold records of all the firms that are used throughout MCC. The Firms sections offers a list of firms with information like the firm short name, full name, contact name, and phone number. At the top right corner of the section are two buttons, Download and New Firm. Clicking the Download button will create an Excel spreadsheet report of the firm list and download to your device. Clicking the New Firm button will open a prompt to create a new firm and you will be able to add information like firm name and contact details.

    Towards the right of the firm list is the Actions icon with three dots, and clicking the icon will open a window with options like edit and delete the firm. Both options will open prompts that will allow you to edit or delete the firm.

    Trainers

    The Auth List offers a section called Trainers to store all the trainer records. This section holds a list of all trainers and their information like name, employee number, and email address. Towards the right of every trainer record is the Actions icon with three dots. Clicking the icon will provide options to delete the trainer from the list. There is a blue button on the top right of the section called New Trainer and clicking this will open a prompt to allow you to add a trainer to the list. This prompt offers a search engine to search for the employee or contractor to add as a trainer. Below the New Trainer button is the Download icon and clicking the button will allow for an Excel spreadsheet to download to your device.

    Contractors

    The Auth List holds a section to list out all contractors from a firm and the section is called Contractors. You can use the search engines found on the right of the screen to either search by contractor name or by the firm name. To add a new contractor simply click the blue button on the top right corner of the screen called Add New Contractor and a prompt will open where it will allow you to input information like name, email address, and the firm the contractor works for. This section also allows to download the list to an Excel spreadsheet by clicking the Download icon on the bottom of the Add New Contractor button. In the list of contractors, there is an Action column with Action icons. If you click the icon, a window with options will open. The options include edit, delete, and view training.

    Clicking the View Training option found in the Action icon will open the contractor’s training details. In this section you can view, edit, add, or suspend trainings for the contractor. There is also a tab for Trainings and Suspension Trainings where they hold historic trainings and both tabs allow for the lists to be downloaded if needed.

    Application Settings

    The Auth List is designed to hold a section called Application Settings. This is a section to provide further information regarding trainings and contact details. This is meant to be a section to hold information and can be updated using the Edit link found on the right. Clicking the Edit link will open a prompt that will allow you to make changes to the training details.
